We reply to learners within a day — but never sharply. Internally too: no Slack drama, no brilliant-asshole culture, no "quick favour" pings at 11pm.

Always learning.
We learn to teach languages. We learn to build software. We learn what a nursing exam costs in Tunis. Curiosity is the most important soft skill here.

Clarity before cleverness.
Before we design a feature, we write down what a nurse on her second night shift actually needs. Before we "scale", we learn.
