Tips for success
Bring prior knowledge at B1/B2 level. This is not a general German course — it assumes basic to intermediate German skills. If you are still at the beginning of your German language journey, we recommend our B1 Pflege or B2 Pflege course first.
Study regularly outside of the course too. 80 teaching units provide a solid foundation — but the more you practise outside of class, the more confident you will become. Use everyday situations to practise German: read care documentation in German, listen to professional podcasts, or communicate with German-speaking colleagues.
Actively prepare for the oral part. Many participants are stronger in the written part than in the oral part. Regularly practise speaking freely in German — describe out loud what you are doing, or talk about your working day in German.
